Our electrical department mainly deals with Motor control centres (for safe area) and explosion protected electrical equipment’s for hazardous locations / areas. We are able to offer / design Motor control centers which is able to interface easily with the DCS or the PLC systems. We also offer intelligent MCC and the advantge lies in the fact that remote monitoring becomes easy if you are able to choose the right protocol / communication bus to communicate with the client control system. We can also offer MCC with withdrawable type or fixed type. Our design is based on the Form 2 to form 4 type 7 construction

A hazardous location is defined as a place where concentrations of flammable gases, vapors, or dusts is present or may be expected to be present. Electrical equipment’s / products used in this locations require special precautions for the construction, installation and use of the same. Electrical equipment that must be installed in such locations is especially designed and tested to ensure it does not initiate explosion, due to arcing contacts or high surface temperature of equipment. It is important that a risk analysis is carried out before choosing a suitable equipment for your hazardous area. Our engineers are able to choose the right products based on your requirment.

We provide customised hazardous area transformer control panels for OEM who involves in packaged equipments of De-salter and De-hydrater. Since we understands the type of signals required by the DCS from the transformer control panel we are able to design it seamlessly. We are also able to support customers who are building small to medium size plants with al their electrical requirement right from Generator synchronisation panel to MDB, SMDB MCC to Lighting DB and utility sockets.
