Our Instrumentation department mainly deals with custody transfer application, and also complete design procurement & installation solution for all your E&I skid requirements.

Custody transfer is the process whereby Natural Gas is measured for sale from one party to another, a process which involves measuring parameters such as gas pressure and temperature, gas quality and gas flow. The process is becoming evermore important as it represents a scrutinised cash register between the gas supplier and the consumer. Three main element of a fiscal metering system are the local field instrument (flow meter), certified flow computer and a supervisory system. Flow computer with the help of information received from flow meter does the flow calculation based on various international standards. Supervisory system helps in generating report based on the customer requirement and it also provides online diagnostic of all the flow meters.

At Highscope we are able to provide software integration platform for metering supervisory system. Basically we can customize your supervisory system requirement to a simple standalone system or more reliable with duty/standby or client / server technology system depending on your application. Along with the supervisory system we also provide flow-computer panel completely wired with Ethernet switches, converters, flow-computer, power supply, PLC, MCB’s etc.

E&I SKID services: We have the capability to prepare Instrument index, datasheet (for instruments), Junction box termination details, Instrument hook up drawings, loop drawings, cable tray selection and routing, cable and cable gland selection details etc. We understand importance of your process in the hazardous area hence we make sure that design and installation of our E&I items are to suit the zone / hazardous area requirement.

Highscope is also flexible in supporting a customer from any stage of project starting from the conceptual design/FEED through to execution and commissioning or only one particular stage.
